The person
As an Assistant Contract Manager, your organisational skills are unparalleled and you communicate effectively across all levels to reach targets, provide reports and manage employee records.
Your people management skills help you manage expectations and build positive employee relations.
Your proactivity comes into play to maintain productivity and client satisfaction
As a responsible individual, you are able to manage accounts and production of weekly and monthly reports
Your strategic outlook helps identify continuous improvements
A horticultural qualification and a good understanding of Microsoft Office / Google systems would be preferred
The Opportunity
Organise staff and teams to deliver the service
Recruit both seasonal and permanent staff
Liaise with Client Officers
Oversee system compliance and quality checks
Organise teams and rotas
Take a leading role in health and safety
