A Glimpse into the Role awaiting You

  • The Contract Manager has overall responsibility for the delivery of high-quality and efficient grounds maintenance services

  • Responsibility for all operational and financial aspects relating to the contract including health and safety, training,  development and succession planning.

  • Responsible for meeting budgetary targets and objectives

  • Responsibility for ensuring full compliance and effective use of all company systems and processes

  • Analyse performance using Glendale Live and other systems as required to manage and modify the service accordingly

  • Manage all assets to maximise productivity and minimise downtime, ensuring they are secure and well-maintained for safe use

  • Maintain compliance with the company’s ISO quality and environmental standards
