The Opportunity
Assisting the Contract Manager in the effective management of the programmed maintenance.
Oversee the programme of works and delivery through the Glendale Live field management system.
Motivate, support and monitor the performance of delivery teams across a wide geographical area.
Monitor staff timekeeping, holidays and sickness.
Proactively lead by example, especially in QHSE requirements.
Maintenance and enforcement of security of vehicle, plant and equipment.
Enforcement of the quality and customer care ethics through the workforce and maintain workforce discipline
Take responsibility for health and safety and actively participate in the maintenance and improvement of the overall Company Health and Safety culture
The Person
Demonstrable track record of leading staff or small teams.
Good time management skills and the ability to work in a demanding environment.
Enthusiasm, strong leadership, and great communication skills.
Understand and subscribe to the importance of working as a team.
Good IT skills are essential as well as a driving licence.
Previous experience in estimating work and delivering innovative customer solutions would be an advantage.
