The Opportunity

  • Assisting the Contract Manager in the effective management of the programmed maintenance.

  • Oversee the programme of works and delivery through the Glendale Live field management system.

  • Motivate, support and monitor the performance of delivery teams across a wide geographical area.

  • Monitor staff timekeeping, holidays and sickness.

  • Proactively lead by example, especially in QHSE requirements.

  • Maintenance and enforcement of the security of vehicles, plant and equipment.

  • Enforcement of the quality and customer care ethics through the workforce and maintaining workforce discipline

  • Take responsibility for health and safety and actively participate in the maintenance and improvement of the overall Company Health and Safety culture

The Person

  • Demonstrable track record of leading staff or small teams.

  • Good time management skills and the ability to work in a demanding environment.

  • Enthusiasm, strong leadership, and great communication skills.

  • Understand and subscribe to the importance of working as a team.

  • Good IT skills are essential as well as a driving licence.

  • Previous experience in estimating work and delivering innovative customer solutions would be an advantage.
