• Carry out a range of grounds maintenance tasks across Exeter and the surrounding area.

• Operate vehicles, machinery, and equipment safely, carrying out routine checks and basic maintenance.

• Complete tasks such as mowing, planting, hedge trimming, and general landscaping.

• Work productively as part of a team to maintain high standards across all sites.

• Interact professionally with members of the public when working in shared spaces.

• Contribute to a positive team environment with a practical, can-do attitude.
