Full Time Role

Up to £45,000 depending on skills

At Glendale, we have a great new opportunity for Playground and Project Manager to manage the maintenance , repair and renew of the 400+ playground in Milton Keynes

Who are you?

  • A motivator and effective leader who can set a positive tone to achieve the objectives and desired outcomes, as determined by the company and the client requirements.

  • Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ambitious with a high level of commitment.

  • Have a demonstrable track record as a manager of playground maintenance and construction with an operational awareness in the support services sector with at least 5 yrs experience

A Glimpse into the Role awaiting You

  • The Contract Manager has overall responsibility for the delivery of high quality and efficient management of the 400+ playground maintenance services and inspection process.

  • Responsibility for all operational and financial aspects relating to the playground maintenance and installation projects including health and safety,.

  • Responsible for meeting budgetary targets and objectives

  • Responsibility for ensuring full compliance and effective use of all company systems and processes

  • Analyse performance using Glendale Live, PSS live and other systems as required to manage and modify the service accordingly

  • Manage all assets to maximise productivity and minimise downtime, ensuring they are secure and well maintained for safe use

  • Maintain compliance with the company’s ISO quality and environmental standards

  • Ensure all Contractual KPI’s are achieved or exceeded.

  • Work with client teams to plan projects, provide quotes and arrange for the works to be completed using inhouse teams and contractors.
