Purchase Ledger Clerk 

40 Hours Monday - Friday 

Salary £12.60 per hour

Hybrid Working

Primary Objectives for the Purchase Ledger Clerk’s work will be: -

  • Processing invoices using the E5 POP system

  • Processing Utility Invoices

  • Query resolution with both suppliers and contract managers and admin around the business

  • Statement reconciliations

  • Allocating DD payments

  • Maintaining aged creditors ledger

  • Supplier payment runs and Expense Payment runs

  • Plus other ad-hoc duties
